American AI Logistics automates government contracting bids through their AutoBid platform. They needed to scale from 16 to 50 enterprise accounts while reducing per-batch prediction costs and improving extraction accuracy. Tech 42 designed a hybrid ML/LLM architecture using AWS Bedrock and Nova models for contract opportunity extraction. The team conducted exploratory data analysis on procurement patterns, developed cost-effective time series forecasting models, and implemented batch processing optimization. The deliverable included ML vs. LLM approach recommendations, ROI analysis, and a production-ready Bedrock implementation. The work enables American AI Logistics to scale predictions to thousands daily, operate in GovCloud with self-hosted models, and handle sensitive government contracting data.
