Tech 42 successfully delivered a conversational agent powered by Amazon Bedrock, deployed on AWS ECS, with intelligent API orchestration that connects to our flight search APIs and customer profile database. The solution included structured memory, tool-based SQL profile retrieval, secure API endpoints, observability through Langfuse, guardrails for content filtering, and full infrastructure-as-code documentation using Terraform. Most importantly, the agent functions as designed — enabling dynamic, conversational travel planning aligned with our goal of reducing booking friction and improving conversion.

Beyond the technical delivery, what stood out was the partnership. The team moved quickly when timing was critical, particularly in supporting our AWS funding submission at year-end. They were responsive, flexible within scope, and consistently delivered on what was promised. Communication was clear, and collaboration across time zones was seamless.
