Tech 42 designed and deployed a production-grade RAG conversational retention agent on AWS Bedrock — complete with live API integrations, a multi-tenant architecture, and a fully configurable knowledge base. The system connects in real time to our customer history, offer catalog, and subscription management tools, enabling the agent to make intelligent, context-aware retention decisions dynamically. Each of our customers operates in their own isolated environment, with their own prompts, data, and behavioral configurations — all managed through DynamoDB and the Bedrock Prompt Store — without requiring code changes or redeployment.

The impact is meaningful. Our average save rate gives us a strong baseline, and this agent is designed to meaningfully improve retention outcomes at scale — with the ability to serve hundreds of thousands of users while keeping infrastructure costs predictable.
