We partnered with Tech 42 to execute a Document Processing and Conversational Agent POC on AWS Bedrock, and the engagement delivered exactly what we set out to validate.

Our goal was to determine whether Bedrock, specifically Bedrock Data Automation (BDA), could support scalable document extraction with structured outputs and confidence scoring, while also standing up a secure, multi-tenant conversational agent capable of querying underlying data through natural language. The solution leveraged Bedrock LLMs with agent memory, guardrails, and database query tooling, implemented in a cloud-native architecture aligned with AWS best practices. Observability and monitoring were built in to support validation, load testing, and performance analysis across both ingestion and conversational workflows.

Despite internal changes on our side during the project, the Tech 42 team remained flexible, responsive, and highly execution focused. They communicated clearly, moved quickly, and delivered against the defined POC objectives with strong technical rigor.

The outcome was a successful validation of AWS Bedrock as a credible foundation for future production deployment within the Clockwork platform.
