They designed and deployed a conversational AI agent on AWS — built on Amazon Bedrock, MCP servers, and a knowledge base — that allows our farm managers and veterinarians to query complex production data in plain English. No CSV exports. No waiting on a developer. No technical expertise required.

The impact is already measurable: Legacy systems in our space carry backlogs of hundreds of individual report requests that take months to fulfill. That model is gone — replaced by a single intelligent interface our users operate themselves. Questions that once required a developer or a manual export are now answered in seconds, directly in the platform. Customer success hours previously spent on custom data pulls are redirected to higher-value work. And farm managers and veterinarians can now surface mortality trends, treatment summaries, compliance status, and cross-site comparisons that were technically in the system — but practically out of reach.

We're now moving into live validation with a beta group of four to five of our largest customers, putting the agent in the hands of production-scale users for the first time.
