EveryPig: Multi-tenant AI agent that handles technical reports in plain English

"At EveryPig, we built PigPulse to help pork producers, veterinarians, and farm teams get more out of their operational data — but as a single-tenant proof of concept, it could only take us so far. We partnered with Tech 42 to turn PigPulse into a production-ready, multi-tenant platform that could scale across our customer base.

Tech 42 built the infrastructure we needed to safely support multiple customer organizations through a shared agent — tenant-scoped data isolation at the query layer, persistent chat history and long-term memory, and reporting through charts, PDFs, and CSVs that our customers could actually use. They also added voice-driven querying through Deepgram, plus per-tenant usage tracking and spend controls, so we have full visibility into how adoption is growing.

Before this, if one of our customers needed a new data report, our engineering team had to build it from scratch — that could take days, sometimes up to a week, and we'd have to find room for it in an already packed sprint. Now, our producers, veterinarians, farm teams, and other stakeholders can just ask questions in plain language and get direct, self-service access to their data. They can investigate trends, catch emerging concerns, and know exactly where to focus — without waiting on us.

The impact has been clear: PigPulse returns detailed findings in under a minute, has cut custom-report requests by 90%, and resolves 99% of our users' questions without ever coming to our team. That's freed up our engineering capacity for higher-priority work, and it means our customers are making faster, more informed decisions.

We rolled this out to four beta tenants, and all four are now using PigPulse in production as part of how they run their day-to-day operations.

What stood out most working with Tech 42 was how responsive they were — feedback during our beta rollout got turned around quickly, and the integration with our existing platform was seamless enough that our own engineering team could take it over and maintain it without friction.
