Project summary
My Legacy needed to move their estate planning support chatbot from prototype to production. The platform required a knowledge base, agent logic, secure API infrastructure, and monitoring. Tech 42 implemented a chatbot on Amazon Bedrock, integrated OpenSearch for vector search, deployed APIs on ECS with FastAPI, and added Langfuse for observability and tracing. The team established Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, ran load testing to validate performance, and set up a CI/CD pipeline for ongoing deployment. My Legacy now has a secure, scalable AI chatbot embedded in their platform, with full visibility into agent behavior and performance.
