The team designed and implemented a LangGraph-based agent deployed on AWS, integrating a semi-parameterized SQL query tool to allow users to retrieve key information from our database through natural language interactions. They also implemented agent memory, prompt engineering enhancements, and a scalable API layer via ECS and FastAPI, along with Langfuse-based monitoring to support observability and evaluation.

In addition to the technical implementation, Tech 42 provided clear documentation, architecture guidance, and a knowledge transfer session that equipped our team to continue building on the solution independently.
