"PlainSight, a sponsorship intelligence platform helping brands discover and evaluate event-sponsorship opportunities, partnered with Tech 42 to replace a manual, time-intensive sponsorship evaluation process with an automated, data-driven recommendation engine.
Tech 42 designed and delivered an end-to-end AWS platform that continuously ingests sponsor and event organizer data, structures and embeds it using Amazon Bedrock, and serves AI-powered recommendations that help sponsors discover relevant event organizers and new sponsorship opportunities through a dedicated API. The platform also includes a parallel analytics pipeline that summarizes post-event reports and provides sponsorship portfolio assessments, enabling sponsors to monitor portfolio health, measure performance, and identify strategic opportunities.
The solution is a core part of PlainSight's go-to-market strategy, allowing global brands to save countless hours combing through hundreds of potential events to sponsor and post-event reports to assess — helping customers discover event-sponsorship opportunities and measure the return on investment of their sponsorships.
PlainSight found the engagement low-friction and easy to work with, even while its own product and priorities were evolving in real time. The team appreciated Tech 42's responsiveness and flexibility throughout, and looks forward to continuing the partnership as it moves from testing into full production."

PlainSight helps brands discover and evaluate event sponsorship opportunities. The company needed to replace manual sponsorship evaluation with automated recommendations. Tech 42 built an AWS pipeline that ingests sponsor and event data from PlainSight's Vercel-hosted application. The pipeline normalizes and embeds data using Amazon Bedrock Claude Sonnet and Titan Embeddings. Amazon OpenSearch Serverless powers vector search and k-NN retrieval for candidate sponsors. An LLM-based re-ranking step produces ranked sponsor lists. Results reach users through secure REST APIs for discovery and portfolio analytics. A parallel pipeline processes post-event reports and summarizes them with Bedrock, feeding an Amazon RDS analytics warehouse. The platform replaces manual evaluation with a repeatable, data-driven recommendation and analytics system.
