"Tech 42 has been an excellent partner in helping Service Insight develop and deploy AI capabilities within our platform. Across two engagements, their team delivered both a proof-of-concept and production-ready components that enable our customers to interact with their operational data using natural language.

In the initial project, Tech 42 built an AI-powered text-to-SQL agent using Amazon Bedrock and the LangGraph framework, allowing users to query our Aurora database using natural language. The solution included a knowledge base, agent memory, API endpoints deployed on AWS ECS, monitoring with Langfuse, and a CI/CD pipeline to support scalable deployment. In the second phase, they worked closely with our team to support production integration and expand the architecture, including additional agents, backend endpoints, and multi-agent orchestration to ensure the system could scale as part of our growing SaaS platform.

Just as important as the technical delivery was the partnership. The Tech 42 engineers were responsive, organized, and easy to collaborate with, and the solutions they delivered were structured in a way that made it straightforward for our team to extend and integrate into our platform. Within just days of releasing some of this functionality, we began receiving enthusiastic feedback from users, with customers already expanding their use of our platform as a direct result of these capabilities."
